TheAerial Strapscombine flexibility, strength, and technique. They consist of two separate cotton and polyamide straps hanging vertically. While the discipline may appear simple, it offers infinite possibilities for expression—allowing you to spin, pivot, swing, dance, and play using your hands, feet, body, and neck.

Quentin usesAerial Strapsand the physical constraints they impose on his body to express his feelings and emotions within a definitively infinite space: weightlessness.

WHYAERIAL STRAPS ?

TheAerial Strapswere a natural choice for Quentin. Originally trained as a gymnast with a talent for power and momentum apparatus, he was drawn to this aerial specialty which requires nearly identical physical abilities. However, it was the freedom of expression offered by this circus discipline that truly drove him to make it his specialty.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENTAERIAL STRAPS ACTWITHPOINT OF SUSPENSION

Since early 2024, I have been collaborating with François Pelaprat, founder of the company "Point de Suspension" which specializes in custom equipment for the performing arts (harnesses, lifting systems, rigging, etc.). Following a chance meeting at theFestival Mondial du Cirque de Demain, FrançoisAerial StrapsFrançois shared his vision of creating 'Made in France' aerial straps. He was looking for a trusted partner to conduct long-term research and development to achieve optimal results. I accepted immediately. Together, we established a protocol for testing, trial-and-error, and feedback. After a year and a half of testing, we have achieved a high-quality, premium product. Comfort, safety, and aesthetics: it has it all. These straps are available in two versions: 'Bonbon' (thin strap, for small wrists) and 'Mammoth' (wide strap, for larger wrists, designed for heavy dynamic work).
